Sweet set-up! Coulson looks like he means business.

I know! He's a great figure! Great presence amongst the big boys!

He looks like he is. I'm actually receiving him as a Christmas gift this year, so seeing him displayed in your collection makes me look even more forward to getting him.

This is a funny image that I randomly found. With Coulson being so enamoured with Cap, I had to laugh at this pose. :lol

Hahaha great photo... really wish they would do an re-release of Coulson with some Agents of SHIELD accessories (correct gun, badge, lanyard... maybe even the vest though that would mean rolling his shirt sleeves).

They need make a new Coulson 2.0

I thought it was hilarious also. :lol

I highly doubt HT will make another Coulson figure though, especially an AoS version. In the expanded universe he is obviously alive, but as far as the films go, he's dead. Even though he's the one that directed the recommissioning of the helicarrier from the first Avengers film (Theta Protocol) and gave the order to send the Avengers in to Sokovia in the opening sequence of AoU to retreive the scepter.

I actually agree with you there, really unlikely but I can dream... If the TV show lasts until then you never know they may appear in the In humans movie... so what another 5 years to wait and see lol

I'm not sure I agree. That "dead as far as the films go" comment was made by an exhausted Joss Whedon who was really, by all accounts, burnt out after doing the press circuit for Age of Ultron and fielding question after question from press junkets, so I don't think that his words really reflect the stance on Coulson's resurrection held by Kevin Feige and the folks at Marvel. EDIT: And besides, Whedon's contract is up, so he no longer has any say at all.

In my book, and most everyone else's who is a fan of both the films and the series, there's no expanded universe. This isn't Star Wars, it's the Marvel Cinematic Universe and I firmly believe that Coulson will show up again someday in the films.

In fact, the showrunners or the executive producers of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. have said there's a plan in place to have the fact that he's alive be revealed to Cap, Stark and Co. so we'll see...

I hope that he does indeed show up again in the films. I like Coulson's character and I think he plays an instrumental role in the entire story line.

By "expanded" universe, I simply meant outside of the films. I don't believe that the average, casual film goer that goes to see the MCU films, religiously watches AoS and Agent Carter for instance to keep up with the small, in between details. Sometimes, even fans don't. For instance, most probably wouldn't have known that Dr. List's name was in fact List at that beginning sequence in AoU. That was something that was revealed in AoS.

Ah, I get what you're saying. Sorry if I came across as a little harsh.
