You can get aluminium extrusion on eBay that sets a LED strip at a 45 degree and comes with a diffuser...

If you mount that under the front edge of the shelf it looks a bit more professional than those plastic LED strip modules. Or you could mount upwards facing at the front.

You would need to use the LED strip lights that come in 5 metre rolls from eBay. They are very cheap and there are a bunch of remote control/dimming options...also cheap.

I always found that something like this would make for the best looking lighting display. :duff

I ordered some today and am going to give it a shot. As I thought about it, it could solve a couple of problems for me all at once. Anxious to receive it (and the lighting, too). Thanks again for the suggestion myfeetarehappy!

Finally got a chance to display them...

IM3 are placeholders for the last two pieces from this Winter Soldier line that I'm still waiting for, otherwise it is almost complete :yess: :wink1:

Don't have a permanent spot built yet but I wanted to get everyone unpacked for once. Nothing fancy but its fun to finally see everything!

That's a handsome collection rocbolt... These figures look so much better out in the open like that, but I'm not that brave.

Love the Burt Macklin :lol

Nice what camera did you use, and did you have to mod that Tony head onto the Mk42?

I used a Canon G16, on a tripod though so I could use a low ISO. As for the Mk42 I just have a little blu tack on the neck peg so the head sticks in place, I'm sure there are more elaborate mods but that did the trick. If you looked at it from behind you would see there is a small gap where there is no neck at the back of the head, but from the front its not noticeable.

I finally got time to run some lighting in the console to put Igor in to display, that armor is just ridiculously large. Working on the left side tonight and I am rearranging by Mark suit across both sides like the periodic table. LOL.

Only bad part is igor is Mark 38 and that will not line up with the 10 detolfs (5 per side) I have as bookends. So I guess he will be in slot 37. :lol
