No. I live in Chesapeake Virginia. It's coming from California and got delayed because of a mechanical failure.

Jedijim, you live in Cerritos? Is the Cerritos Mall still there -- that crazy twisting tube of a mall? I went there as a young boy many times to sit thru two showings in a row of Star Wars in the summer of 1977. Had to take the bus and make two transfers to get there.
It wasn't directed at me but,
I can't speak of how it is now since I moved out of SoCal 13 years ago, but last time I was at the mall, it was still there, expanded into surrounding areas, and very busy. It's lower case h shaped. There was two theaters, one just on the outside and one inside the Mall, they renovated the inside theater and closed down the outside one. I've seen many movies there but all I remember seeing are Alien 3 in the outside theater and the Adventures of Baron Munchausen in the inside one. The first SW movie for me was The Empire Strikes Back in the Lakewood mall theater a few miles away.

There's a UPS hub in Cerritos CA, all my Sideshow packages route from there to here in Kansas City and I think everywhere else in the US.

Saw Jaws at Lakewood 5 times. They had an awesome, huge theater in 1975. Saw Close Encounters there too. Saw Star Wars at the "outside theater" at Cerritos every other weekend all summer long. All I remember about the mall back then was that parts of it were lit very psychedelic and it had a great arcade. I believe I got my telescoping 3inch Vader figure at Cerritos. Those two malls remind me of a long forgotten childhood.

Yeah the size of the Lakewood theater was the reason we went there for all the big movies in the early 80's; Raiders, Temple of Doom, Empire, Jedi, Aliens, Major League, Batman are a few of them. The only thing I don't miss about those times was the cigarette smoke you had to endure in the theater. :lol

I was never much into 1/6 scale stuff growing up, but my first foray into 1/6 scale collecting was an Ultimate Soldier Navy Seal Night Ops figure I bought in the Cerritos mall back in 1999, now it's an affliction.

BTW, this scene in Coneheads was filmed in the Cerritos Mall parking lot nearby the old outside theater ;) :

Is this guy worth it? Ive never purchased a sideshow figure but i dont see hot toys making a maul anytime soon.

Worth paying the hot toy price for this?

Does he have good ankle pivot?

1) Best figure I've ever owned from Sideshow. My other SS figures can easily be spotted among my HT collection. Maul blends right in and could easily have been offered as an HT product.

2) In terms of bang for the buck...nope. But at least you're not paying an HT price for a SS quality figure here. Had they included his robe and/or an extra angry sculpt then I'd easily say he'd be worth the price.

3) Ankle pivot is "ok". Far better than V1 Maul but not as good as if they'd completely split the boots like their Superman figure. You can get him fairly flat footed in a decent action pose especially if you gently work the ankles a bit.

I picked this guy up today.

I honestly have a bit of buyers remorse. For the price you pay you get so few accessories, a tiny box and a cheaper feeling headsculpt.

All that being said he looks pretty damn great sitting there on display.

All in all im glad i got it but he is way to expensive.

I' d say that's just the camera...the figure looks just fine. And as others have shown...the cloak from the first version does look really good on him....
