But if you want to listen to Difab, just don't go. Because it won't be worth two TDKR *****ing bull**** things in a Bond thread.

Seriously, calm down or papa spank! I'm not trying to dissuade anyone, especially Jye. I bet Jye loves this, I even said, "go see it!". This Bond just didn't do it for me (or what I thought it'd do for me), that's all. You loved it, GREAT! With movies, we've been in agreement and disagreement before. Parts I loved, parts I didn't. Some of the character decisions I didn't really like but still went with it. It's whatever.

I wasn't enamored with it because I could see exactly what they were going for. "Let's turn everything on it's head, CHANGE it up while winking to the audience". A few times I was like, "do you appreciate Bond or are you making fun of it and doing your own thing?"

It's just a personal taste though, I'm not as emotionally involved or annoyed like I was with other movies this year, specifically TDKR. As a movie, this was alright, some parts I really digged. I was entertained. I just didn't like what they did with Bond and some of the decisions that were made with where the story went.

Regardless, I'll be seeing it again. The end of my reaction post where I said, "**** THIS MOVIE" was sort of tongue in cheek. Though, I really don't like Silvia. He's a weirdo (which I guess is the point) and a lame villain in my opinion.

^ I'm very chill. I think I messed up on my delivery, because It wasn't meant to be a hateful jab.

I thought we had like...a thing going on. :lol

Saw this today and I thought it was pretty damn fun. Lots of a great action and Bardeen was a creepy ass bad guy. :rock

Didn't get a chance to go. :gah:

Tomorrow it will have to be, wife having a party = free time for some Bondage....err...Bond.

Please be as good or better than CR.

QOS = Poop

Is Quantum even mentioned?

Wait, don't tell me, I can wait one day. :lol

Bond wasn't hinting to Silva he's gay, wow that's what you got from that? silva was trying to get into the Head of Bond but Bond just threw right back at him, I'm sure deep down he was disgusted but he just didn't want to show it.

Thank you.

There is no reference to QoS. And it's nothing like QoS. It's very slow, but the action is always worth it. Very well shot.

Like Bond and Silvia?

Just kidding.

I loled at that shooting competition though. :lol

I'm in there as we speak!

Really? I cried. :monkey2

Bérénice Marlohe is super fine. Not to mention that I'm partial to French girls, so that didn't make that weirdo's "eliminating the competition" any easier. I didn't really cry, though.

That being said, seeing it in my Tinseltown's new XD theater was awesome, and I loved the film. Bérénice Marlohe, though; hot damn...:drool

Was not overly impressed. I enjoyed the movie but its far from the best bond IMO.

the villain felt like a bad joker copy cat.

Saw this last night. Disappointed.

Long. Slow. And not in the good way. Javier "plot" too derivitive of Joker (guess that's the Nolan nod). Needed two more good set-pieces and about 20 minutes cut.

So what's this newly made "00" agent doing with an Aston Martin that has a history with another "Bond"? Those "fan winks" were strange given the reboot timeline.

Should've been longer. Needed more talking scenes. I loved that it was a movie. And not an action spectacle. With characters. And emotion. And you know...real things.

longer? It was like 2 1/2 hours long. :slap
I kept looking at watch to see if it was almost over and hoping so.

I wish I could've stayed there forever. It needed to be at least 2 hours longer.

If the Hobbit gets 3, 3 hour movies, James Bond should get a 57 hour movie.
