That score style is everywhere.

That **** has been done so much in both Bond movies, and various spy films.

Hmm yeah it's been done so much but it happens to appear in the midpoint of a Bond film where the director specifically stated he drew inspiration from TDK, a film where the same thing happens in the midpoint?

I give this film (and thread) 4 and a 1/2 Nolan's

Sure Nolan took from plenty of inspiration from Bond, like bumping up Fox from a relatively unknown character in the Batman comics to a full blown Q equivalent - with a similar approach to new technology/gadgets, the opening sequence of TDKR, certain aspects of Wayne's playboy persona. To name a few things.

But to deny there are clearly things in Skyfall that are inspired by Nolan's batfilms is pretty ignorant.

I must not have batman on the brain because as I said earlier nothing about this movie made me think Nolan's Batman films. I went in and saw a James Bond film and that's what I saw. I must have slept through the Nolan Batman portion.
