I like 3PO but he's annoying in the 5 full movies he's in.

I mean, I like him too, he can cover over anytime he wants, but he was excellent in SW and ESB and ok in ROTJ but in the PT he was written with way too much over the top silly humor that both kids and adults don't laugh at, just roll their eyes more like it.

He was annoying like sand, it just gets everywhere.

If only Lucas could've gone back in time and used Corey Feldman. . .or rather, if only he had the technology to create a CG version of Feldman that would replace young Annie in future DVD releases. . .

I really think its the films fault, not Jake for the terrible part.

I'm sure he's a fine actor and could have been good in the role. But with lines like "Are you and angle?", "Yippeee!" and "Master Qui-Gon, I was wondering... what are Midicholrians?" he did not have much to work with :lol

As crazy as this might sound, C3PO in AOTC, especially in that godamn factory and arena, bothered me more than JarJar full of pickels in all 3 movies.

C-3PO in the first two movies are annoying, but i don't like him in the factory and arena. All those lame ass comments (I'm scrap) :monkey4 Other then that, he's good, especially in the OT.

And Jake Lloyd sucks in TPM.

But good annoying in SW and ESB.

Especially in ESB where his performance and lines were perfectly timed and carried substance.

Then we get, like you said......I'm Scrap in the PT.

Oh gosh, I'm always back peddling to week-old discussions. Sorry...but I have to know, was I the only one who didn't get the exclusive Vader T-shirt, or lithograph set, with the Blu ray release(s)?

First day release and they were all sold out. What gives!?? Not to mention, the sales tax was $5.63, which was odd as it's usually never that high. Might as well have bought it online for $78.99 + FREE SHIPPING, no?

Supposedly the hatred towards him and his family got so strong that it had major impact on his future in Hollywood after his parents called it quits and moved away from all the stress.

I'm sure there's a certain truth to that but who knows what else transpired.

Target gave me a $3.00 discount on the box set because of the Litho's being sold out :lol

I think I used the $3.00 to buy a piece of bubble gum.

"It's a nightmare!" :monkey4

"Excuse me? I've fallen and i can't get up" :monkey4

Getting head pulled off
"This is such a drag" :monkey4

His head next to his body
"I'm quite beside myself :monkey4

With how most SW fans seem to act I wouldn't be shocked if this was true.

That's one problem with the prequels---they have actual parts that are supposed to be funny, like the stuff with the droids in the factory or Jar Jar getting his hand stuck in the podracer engine. But they served no purpose except for trying to be funny. The humor from the original movies weren't setup that way, it wasn't like "Oh, here's that joke part"

But yeah, Jake Lloyd crashed his acting career after TPM, his interviews after that were very cynical
