What is surprising is Batman around plenty of cops. Interesting. And Nirvana in any trailer is instant win.

First Batman trailer ever that looked like a Netflix show instead of a theatrical movie.

It was lacking that certain cinematic quality.

Second worst film Batman costume to date.

Batfleck would beat this emo punk to death lol

I didn?t hate it not at all and i?m slightly intrigued but man does it need more cinematic oomph.

WW84 and Snyder Cut look way more cinematic than this.

The quality of the video doesn't help, so I'll wait for the HD version to judge it. I like the tone and style tho. Also, the Batman voice sounds natural...maybe the best so far.

Agreed. The CGI fests have become the norm. JL looked like all green screen. This is very welcomed.

I liked the teases for WW1984 and The Suicide Squad, but this took the cake.

Love that aspect of it. There's room for many kinds of stories and there aren't enough smaller scope, human scale superhero films.

As I expected, it looks better (so far) in motion and lit properly within its environment, but I really don't enjoy this style of costume -- too busy, bulky, padded...it doesn't say "stealthy creature of the night" to me. It could still win me over, but there's a lot going on. Too much so at first glance.

It also reminds me of Netflix DD a bit.

I'd have gone with Walken from Batman Returns but that's a little obvious, like using a slow alt rock 90s song in my teaser trailer, and I'm more creative than that.

The Crow and Scissorhands comparisons, the Nirvana track...I admit those are positive nostalgia triggers for this Gen X?er at first blush because those were some good times

But it?s not enough on its own. Willing to give it a chance, though. Lawd knows I?ve sat through some incredibly bad films in my time, this is unlikely to be the worst of it.

WB just dumped a Batman, WW, BA, SS and JL trailer all within a 5 hour window!

That would be like Marvel revealing IM1, Cap 1, Thor 1, CW and an Avengers trailers all in 5 hours lol

Just think about that for a second then think some more.
