Well, likely, it was someone's design that was submitted and it got leaked but Stallone and co. didn't accept it.

Yeah, basically a promo one that leaked with official pics as no fanmade posters have access to pics like that.

Glad we got to see it though, I enjoy seeing various designs, someone posted rejected Dark Knight posters and some of them were kind of cool.

it's more than the first movie but still more of a cameo than role, Arnold has his own picture and I think it's an availability issue, I believe Arnie's part was very early in the shoot to free him up, still nice to see him back in decent shape and kicking ass.
