I like this shot...any chance you took one in this series of the brothers head-on (looking toward camera)?

Do you mean side by side facing the camera? I don't think so, but I'll probably be taking some more pics of them this weekend. The ones I posted were just sort of experimental shots and took all of maybe 5 minutes to set up. I'll try to set up something different next time. Thanks for the suggestion!

Your outdoor shots are great (they are sure the kind I like to take)...

I really like the cinderblock backdrop...very castle-like and cool...

Faramir just changed to "shipping soon" for me so hopefully soon I'll be able to add some outdoor shots to the mix here...

Yeah, the paint job on yours looks good the skin portion especially. Maybe I should send mine back.

Well costume and associates aside( which they all kick ass).

And to tell you the honest truth hes not that bad. It aint perfect, but what factory paint app can be.

Hair...Good

Skin tone....Good, not to shiny.

Eyes..REALLY well done.

Bear....could use lots of work..

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this one a 7.


Combined with an ass kicking costume I am happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, even though the shades aren't ride, King, your Faramir looks like what I'm guessing Sideshow considers to be a good paint job, and compared to what I got, it is quite better painted, the eyes on yours are simply stunning, if my 2nd Faramir looks like that I'll be happy.

It just amazes me how different the quality of the paint job has been from one Faramir to the next. King's looks good to me. Most of the others I've seen haven't look near as good.

I'm still gonna get one but I plan on repainting him for sure.

Can't wait to see Cap's Faramir after Les gets ahold of it.

The quality of the photo is excellent but looks like the quality of the paint is more or less the same. The same speckled paint on the beard, worn eyebrows, wrong haircolor. The fleshtones look better, no glossy finish on the face, but it still is in dire need of a "professional" repaint.

I agree, but it does look like King got one of the better ones. I wish the eyes and skin on mine looked that good!

Got my second Faramir yesterday and opened him.Not sure what any of you are complaining about.He is great just like the others.I think people just might be a little hard on Sideshow.I like Medicom and Hot Toys more,but this figure is really great to me,paint opps and all
