Re: Stealth Iron Man Problems- Post the specific flaws you see on yours.
No doubt someone at the factory will (or already has) answer for this. This is going to cost Sideshow a ton of money.
By the way, I just got off the phone with CS. Friendly and helpful as always. SSC really does a great job of screening/hiring their CS reps. What a bunch of angels. Anyway, the end of my conversation (after I was helped with my unrelated questions) went like this:
IrishJedi: "I bet you're glad this wasn't another Iron Man call."
SSC Rep: "Yes I am, actually."
Like I said, those poor ladies. Someone at the factory (or in internal packaging design) screwed up but the ones answering phones and emails are gonna catch 90% of the heat from customers. But if anyone can handle it it's them.
Dude I really don't know how this happened. I mean I do I just don't understand the mind set. Lets cover something in grease and not design the foam trays to fully keep the statue held down. That way the grease will make it slide more easly and hopefully not cause any rubs. I dare not blame anyone but the packaging was sorely lacking. I don't think you should be able to move the statue at all when picking the box up. It was obviously moving around in there freely.
