Yea I got burned on a Grievoius PF I pre-ordered after I saw it @ CIII never got it & could'nt file W/PayPal or Ebay because too much time had passed.It only takes getting burned once to learn not to pre-order off Ebay.I hope I run into this guy one day I'd love to whack him in the apple bags a few times.

The amazing Kreskin predicts you will get scatches and rubs on the biceps/shoulder, spine/back, and crotch area of your SIM, then file for a replacement.
Should be an interesting day since it seems a few east coasters are getting theirs today.

Since mine is making the journey from So-Cal to North GA I put my chances of receiving a non-scuffed Stealth Iron Man at about 10%.
My day of reckoning is tomorrow (Wednesday).

#320 just showed up and it is horrible. Quite possibly the worst I've seen from all those who have posted pics. Not even worth taking home to take pics of (unless SS needs them for the RA). His ribcage is almost completely white. And there seems to be an oily type substance (the paint maybe). There were several areas that had paint rubbed away (pretty much what we've seen before) but this one seemed much more noticeable. I hope other East Coasters had better luck (Do not hold onto hope, it has forsaken this collectible )

I've only had to return one item and they didn't ask but it sounds like they are asking others.
I hope whoever thought to put that plastic piece of **** in there as 'protection' gets some well deserved time off.

wonder if that oily film they put on has effected or had a reaction with the paint and/or its drying causing it to soften up in transit.
has anybody tried to nick the paint with their fingernail or something to see if its soft?

Well, it's official. #329 here. Same scuffs and abrasions as everyone else and in the same areas (it's definitely a packaging issue).
I'm not even going to bother with the hassle of initiating a return/exchance with Sideshow. I'm just going to sell mine to someone interested in repainting or customizing it.
What a disappointment.

Well I just went home and opened him up. Not only is he scratched in several places but his right arm is almost completly broken off.
I will take pictures tonight.
I don't even think it will stand on the base if the right arms rests on it. It will snap it right off. The packing sucked. It is obviously the design of the packing that tore this thing up. Friction causes breakage. LOL!
