At least you're half right; unfortunately, you're also half wrong. There is no apartheid in the state, anymore. But there is a certain boys' club or social thinking going on. Mr. Green seen it in a certain industry. He just doesn't feel the need to struggle. One of the few reasons these position doesn't look so enticing. Better to look for work somewhere else.

It's hard to say. Why is that a white woman say that Mr. Green have to pay for a soda when just a few minutes ago, a strong muscled Italian guy got one. They offer free refreshment for the meeting anyway. Sure, she may not be around when he took it out of the refrigerator.

Mr. Green isn't perfect himself but at least he learned and/or is still learning.

There are all sort of people out there. Sometimes it is easy and sometimes hard to simply define people or life in general.

Colour gets caught by the first sieve. A secession of increasingly finer sieves catches out the disabled, the blue collared, dodgy almae matres, new money (UK-only), and, finally, women

Even if you don't prescribe to notions of network exclusivity (both deliberate and structural), it's surely a given that old rich white blokes - who may not have a racist bone in their bodies - simply really enjoy each other's company.
