Illegals don't do any of that and drive with no problem. They can even crush your car and take family members with it and face no repercussions.

I'd like to see them really enforce the privilege part. There are way too many morons on the road

Being able to own a car and drive it should be all the 'privilege' you need. They can even send me a bill for the road. I don't expect anything for free, just like I don't expect to be forced at gunpoint to pay for nothing. I hurt you with my car, I owe. I don't, I owe nothing. I don't have to carry insurance. I don't have to prove that my car is safe (presumption of innocence, I thought was a thing). All I have to do is not hurt anyone. (And I never have.)

I got it back around 8:30 this morning. It was nice being able to drive in peace.

BBTS busting my balls about trying to get replacement parts since "Per my previous email regarding this subject, minor imperfections can be found on nearly every item depending on how closely you look. And while we certainly want you to be happy with your purchases from us, we really cannot keep accepting back open merchandise" while they can sit on the $10,000+ I've given them over the years, and might of sent back maybe a half dozen things in the course of that time.

So, they're giving you the Amazon treatment now? :lol Although, that doesn't sound nearly as bad as what I've experienced from Amazon. I don't understand why retailers have a return policy that they can't honor - especially to buyers who've spent thousands over the years, and have returned very little by comparison.

I can't recall the number specifically, but it's no more than 10 returns in 5 or so years. Maybe later I'll add up everything I've bought from them, just out of curiosity.

Amazon is the best for returns! They refund you the money or replace the item immediately

Until you get contacted by their Account Specialist for an "unusual number of returns" (or worse). Don't shop on Amazon because of their easy return policy, and don't ever feel confident in using it. It's basically there for the "rare" occasion that they believe you'll need it.

I return books all the time because people keep shipping them in padded envelopes. I probably returned a dozen off of amazon last year and have never had an issue.

If you keep that up, it's going to be a matter of time until they contact you. The Internet's riddled with horror stories of Amazon account closures. You should check them out...

Oh weird. I've had Amazon for probably 15 years and have always done that. I've actually sent them a few scathing emails because their packing materials get worse and worse so I don't order as much as I used to.
I've ordered a couple DC Collectibles statues from them that I've had to return multiple times because they arrived broken.

If you just ask them for extra padding by leaving a note in the purchase page or PayPal, they'll do it for ya.

Never had an issue

I just find it astounding to me that you need to ask either of them to do above the bare minimum, and SSC wants $10 to do so. I never order books or manga from Amazon anymore, since everything comes dog eared.

Were not arguing that point at all. Amazon, aside from miscellaneous stuff that has no chance of getting damaged, ships **** to me with no protection and all and is just allowed to roll around in the box. Frankly, Amazon deserves everything it gets.

At least SSC stuff is always in a shipper anyway, and I've never had a damaged one arrive.
