I wish I understood people's love for "The Office". I have tried watching it several times. IMO it's terrible. I just can't get into it at all.

And if the first 3 don't count, slide in boston legal, alias and true blood up there.
Though I do love 30 rock and big bang theory, HIMYM and entourage too! (Didn't feel like putting any comedies up there) And am I one of the few that enjoyed dollhouse? haha (though there were some really weak episodes especially the beginning)

While I absolutely love the terminator franchise, I didn't quite enjoy the tv series. It felt kinda of aimless or at least the second season felt like it. Absolutely loved the first season though.

This is actually an impossible question to answer, as no one can watch everything that came out from 2000 through 2009. Also, there are no parameters, so can it be any TV series from any country? any time during the day? just primetime? network broadcast? cable? both? There are just too many variables to be able to answer this properly.
