Triad gets Samurai Champloo License!

I really like the anime and was excited when I discovered Triad had the license, that is why I started the thread, and for me, they didn't disappoint. I think they look great and have already ordered both and can't wait for Fuu! Do I wish they were less expensive? Sure, just like I wish Medicom, Hot Toys and now, even Sideshow were less expensive but it is just the current state of the world economy. I hope they turn out as well as or better than the prototypes; these will be my first Triad figures (not counting the Otaku body) and I am really looking forward to them.

I just can't get over how they didn't make cowboy bebop figures instead of this series.. thats a deal breaker for me!

Maybe cos Medi still has the licences to their 1/6 figs?

I have written an email to Triad requesting a Fuu to go along with Mugen and Jin. If you like Samurai Champloo and are interested in these figures, write them an email requesting Fuu! Lets show them we need Fuu to have a complete set of figures!!!

I'd like to get them all, but they are a bit pricey and I'm already into way too many lines. I will definitely get Fuu, I love the Anime Girls!

I checked a couple weeks ago and Triad pushed the Jin and Mugen figures to a June 2009 release.

However, I checked just now and there's no listed release date ( ), but they're available for pre-order:

I have no idea when these are coming out.

I think the price is pretty good considering the weapons are made of metal and the eye balls rotate.
