Well, Cormier basically called out Bones once he gets past Mir. Barnett seems to act like he isn't going to the UFC by the way he was talking, which sucks. Nate's left thigh looked like ground beef. I remember when Crocop could make guys quit with leg kicks. Man they were nasty.

Yeah the whole event pretty much sucked. I actually felt bad for the guy that fought Josh and DC. I mean it seemed like Zuffa didnt want to take a chance of either of them getting hurt. So they looked for 2 guys who had no business being there.

Nate...he should have just stayed home because he got worked over by leg kicks. Faber's leg is still number 1 on the list of leg beat downs via Aldo.

As for Josh, it looks like him and Dana/UFC still have beef and he more than likely wont sign. I had heard he was in talks with World Series of Fighting. He wants a pay day and doesnt want to get locked down in a UFC contract.

The problem is, Barnett is another one of those guys who have delusions of grandeur when it comes to how much they think they should be making. Dude made $250K for his last fight.

No way in hell the UFC wants to pay him that much money. Maybe 40K/40K to Show/Win tops. But definitely not a quarter of a mil.

Yeah I meant more of beef in the sense of what you mentioned. Josh thinks hes worth X amount of dollars and Dana thinks otherwise. I see also that he doesnt like the exclusive contracts that UFC deals. He likes to float.

That's how businesses work. Hourly workers never make more than CEO's, etc. So it's laughable when people complain about it specifically with MMA. Minus any fighter from the UFC and the UFC remains the same. Minus Dana and that company is in BIG trouble.

UFC 148 Silva vs. Sonnen II made $6,901,655 from the live gate and had a 925,000 PPV buy rate.

Yeah.. Dana White and the UFC lost a lot of money without GSP.



Anyways.. take it for what it's worth but after the loss JDS talked about going through some personal stuff that he felt F'd him up mentally during the fight. Well now that stuff has been made public: He split up with his wife of 10 years.

Cain was supposedly hurt for the first fight. Now JDS was going through the first steps of Divorce for the 2nd fight. Talk about drama.
