I like the water effects and the composition. It does feel like he's floating without much context, especially since elements of the figure extend beyond the implied walls of the tube at the base. Under-lighting the figure would look incredible though.
As time goes on the BWS/MCP series becomes less of a percentage of the lore and more dated, I guess.

Think I'm in on this one. The helmeted portrait saved the statue for me. I can live without it having the tube, I prefer that the focus on Weapon X is unobstructed.

The missing capsule has the exact opposite effect for me. I just can't buy this without it. I was going to pick up the XM Weapon X if I passed on this. Instead, I found a custom 1/4 Weapon X I'm fairly certain I'm going to pick up instead.

An acrylic doom of some sort would have made a world of difference for me.
