I'd probably get banned for that.
And no releases from Sideshow during the event but there might be a last minute release or something since the SS guys are known to do that.
So far that's all.
I can't help but think SS has erred with this new line. Having no set scale hurts it, and having 40" figures is both expensive and demanding on display space.
I think they should have settled with 28-30' for a normal character and then maxed out at 40' for the larger ones and kept scale across licences and characters.

I agree, I have no desire to jump into something if the scales are all over the place.

SSC will milk every avenue of possible business. Be it double dipping 1/5 scale or 1/3 scale or 1/2 scale. People can limit a "certain scale or fail" mentality of they like. I wouldn't be surprise if they make larger-than-life scale in the future.
