I've sorta liked the trailers so I think there's a possibility I'll enjoy the film whenever I end up seeing it. Then they'll just have to reboot Batman, Superman and Justice League around this film. I don't think that'd be asking for much....
It's actually really easy to do, based on what we already saw in Batman V Superman. IrishJedi confirmed that the "nightmare" sequence was an alternate reality that comes to pass if Lois gets killed and Superman turns evil like he does in the video game. Just say that Wonder Woman is from the Earth 1 reality, and Man of Steel and BvS/Justice League are Earth 3. WW travels through a portal into their reality to help out with Doomsday for some reason, but eventually goes back, and the gritty/evil Superman and homicidal Batman stay behind.

So wonder woman SHOULD....show up in gotham city sirens right??????
I mean, they pretty much HAVE to add her now....

Happy to see the movie's making loads of money.
Nice break for the DCEU to have a critical and box-office hit for once. This will certainly help JL a lot, and with the news of Whedon finishing up the movie, even more so.

Not to be a downer, but JL is already done filming. Not much Whedon can do but try to polish it up in editing & post production. He can't change any story plots or scenes already shot. His involvement at this point will have very little to do other than overseeing it's touch ups. Wonder how he will react if it gets as bad reviews as BvS did... He'll probably blame it on Snyder and say he didn't do much, the movie was already done...:lol It's clear he's not much of a team player with all the friction he had in the MCU.

Also, not sure as to Wonder Woman being a huge success that it will have much bearing on JL. Wonder Woman was not just a comic movie, but a movie with an agenda. It had lot's of support from Women who aren't even comic book fans just because of what it represented.. Plus being it's a stand alone movie set in the past, it really has absolutely nothing to do with the JL movie. Many people who saw Wonder Woman may have little to no interest in JL. It wasn't directed by a woman, :wink1: and Wonder Woman is only a small part of the movie. Batman is at the forefront, she's just a supporting character. It definitely can only help JL, but not sure really by how much. I have no faith in JL already just based on what we've scene in trailers, footage and costume designs. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out though.

I'm always rooting for DC/WB, but they've done everything wrong up to this point with the future still looking bleak. It's obvious they don't hold their own characters in the same regards as Marvel does... Just a payday for them. :(

I disagree! He just has to film an extra couple of scenes. First, Bruce wakes up with a cold sweat, goes to the mirror and washes his face, then turns on the TV. He sees a traditional Superman in a traditional suit doing heroic things heroically. Same with Wonder Woman, Flash, etc. The washed out colors are gone. The gritty, depressive overtones are gone. The convoluted looking suits are gone. Cyborg doesn't look like Bayformer Megatron anymore. Lex Luthor is not a wacky Facebook guy who pisses in jars, but a bald, fat businessman. Joker doesn't have stupid tattoos anymore. Aquaman doesn't look like frickin Conan. Bruce smiles at himself and says, "it was all just a dream. Time to go to work." Then he suits up and leaves his mansion while uplifiting music plays. He arrives at the JL satellite for the newest meeting of the JLI. Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Mister Miracle, Fire, Ice, Martian Manhunter, and Guy Gardner are there. Guy gets in Batman's face saying that he should be leader and Batman is a loser, and gets punched out. Everyone laughs. Fade to black.

:clap ...... Epic post.... but realistically, :pigfly:

More likely outcome--Bruce wakes up from a cold sweat, looks in the mirror and says, "I just can't take this anymore!" Pulls out his Bat-Gun and commits Bat-Suicide. Joker and Hopeman laugh in the distance.

I agree with them about the ending. It could have been handled better. While I like the villain and think he was handled fine, what was the real message supposed to be there?
The way the German soldiers were happy and cooperative after Ares died made me think he really was responsible for conflict. But then, they don't follow up on it at all, and we know the 2nd World War is born from the ashes of WWI, etc. Also, what was she jumping at at the end? I didn't notice Cheetah or anything in the distance.

Keep hope alive Kara! And wasn't the meaning behind it all something to do with love Being stronger than war or something like that?
