I ordered from you on the last day of free shipping, a jack sparrow and a scarecrow figure. You sent me a tracking number on the 10th of January, and on the hong kong post website it said you shipped the item on the 12th (Outward Registered Letter).

I was checking my paypal account today and noticed that my payment was reversed on the 21st of January. I had totally missed it because i only have my first three payments on the front page, and i never received an email regarding my order, from your store.

The payment was made from me to Leon mario. Sent you guys an email just a few minutes back, asking for clarification.

Once again they say they shipped (even giving you a tracking number) but they actually didnt, i guess they didnt since they refunded you without warning and i doubt they would offer you the figure free of charges...

the tracking number is legit but its a registered letter according to tracking and it is headed to qatar. What the exact contents of that letter or parcel is anyone's guess. Ive sent them an email awaiting their response.

kind of annoyed at the lack of communication, been sitting here like an idiot waiting for two figures to arrive, when they actually arent even coming. Could have just ordered the jack sparrow from sideshow and got it in 5 days.

The item already shipped with online tracking number( Register ), FYI register mail tracking is not the same like EMS tracking.

dave just sent me an email, im also now being changed to ems service and package should arrive this coming week, my tracking shows it was posted today. i ordered on jan 12 and item was expected to arrive feb 1st, seems as tho the guys are trying their best to get every ones items to them by the expected date due to chinese new year delays in hk, hopefully mine will arrive on time, will keep yall posted.

Shipment delays due to national holidays in the country of the seller is normal. Even when the official holidays are over, many staff are probably still on vacation leave, including the postal and customs people, resulting in delays in processing etc. This is especially true in Asia. I was based in HK for a couple of years for work from 2006 to 2009 and can thus vouch that the delays due to the Chinese New Year holidays is true.

My package Arrived this morning.
As expected, the delivery guy won't let me open the box unless I sign the paper. If I want to check it before signing, I'll have to wait a day and go to post office and do it there.. funny policy..
Anyways the box seemed heavy enough for 1 HT-DX, so I sign the paper and opened it immediately.

Funny. this is my first time ordering HT from HK, and I didn't expect to see 'Sideshow' logo on the box..

Checking the PERS and other small items for genuine quality.. It seems like everything is there. I'm very pleased with the item and the price I paid + free (double, troubled) shipping + 2 long US and HK holidays
It worked out for me in the end.

Would I buy from HTOS again?? i guess it depends on the discount and maybe another free shipping promotion
I never buy anything above MSRP anyways..

If you read my previous posts you would have read that i said i was quite happy with my order.

But i dont understand how you can tell me you shipped on the 12th jan and give me a tracking number when it was actually shipped on the 24th with another tracking number...
I just think that the lack of correct information is quite unusual.
Again i said i was happy with my order.
Just not the way it was handled.

I think you can understand why i'm a bit dubious...

As for my fellow customer just know that we inform each other...

So what are you suggesting I'm missing here? 2 day difference between email and actual shipping? remote shipping station?

I think that he means that it's an odd occurence that all of our parcels were sent on the 24th.
We had lenghty discussion here we were very active about informing each others about our orders.

Got an email from HKPOST, i asked them about the number HTOS gave me when they said they sent my order on the 12th.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We regret have no posting record of the above item number being received in our system up till this moment. Would you please re-confirm the correct item number with the sender?
Without the proper item number, we are unable to ascertain whether the mail was posted through Hongkong Post or not. Please contact your sender / supplier directly for the matter.

just wanted to mention Chinese New Year's day started on Jan 23rd (Monday) and officially 3(?) day holiday there. I heard it's crazy there during that holidays.. Many things can go out of control..including post office there.

I am currently away snowborading for a few days but my girlfriend tells me that my Predator has arrived safe and sound with no issues with her brief inspection.

When I get back home I will have a good look but needless to say that I am very happy with the service.

My friend is awaiting his Joker so I will let you guys know about that too.

But I for one am delighted we have a hot toys store we can buy from.
