I think it's the same but even if its not, that also has happened before with promo shots. Cassie Lang had full prototype but didn't happen. This might take years to happen.
I wish this was a DX just so it came with a sexy art box. Grievous deserves it.

That could be the best thing that has happened to this release, it comes with the Venom & Endgame Thanos style base.
