Hot Toys - 1/6th scale Darth Vader (Battle Damaged) DX45 Collectible Figure

Think the exposed thigh makes it goofier. In the game he still kept his pants.... just lost the boot so only his robot shin is exposed.

But again this is just their interpretation as none of the robotic details or face match the game.

Not really sure how I feel about. Might be the least exciting one they announced today.

Maskless Vaders don't make any sense to me.

Looks like they went with the same material they had for starkillers suit. Have they finally ventured away from using pleather for their vader suits? The boots are still pleather tho.

He can still survive a short while with it off/damaged, the problem in ROTJ is that all his suit systems were fried from the lightning and barely functioning

There's a joke there but it contravenes the rules about bypassing the forum's language filter, because he does very much look like The 'Messed' Up version of Vader.

The cape is shaped like the face of the helmet, cool effect. Does the deluxe include a fabric cape?

It's that short time that puts me off displaying Vader like that. It's not a heroic image, but rather one of weakness. The final moments before death unless he does something about it quickly.

It looks badass but with all these drops today from HTs, my wallet is crying...

He's keeping himself alive purely fueled by hatred, anger and pain. I think it's pretty badass, not weak.

He'll look great next to Starkiller.
I hope HT chooses another material for the suit. I don't have any 1/6 scale Vader yet because I don't want pleather.

I mean in this particular moment Vader is kind of thrown around like a ragdoll losing all his clothes. Starkiller was op.

At least I know that it won't be long so i'll wait ROTS version as it is my preference on Vader.

This just proves my point... If the Acolyte was good, and PPL watched it, they'd be making figures for it... But we get kit Awesome kit bashed Vaders (which I will def buy even though I haven't even unboxed my Kenobi battle damaged 1.0 Vader haha)

Hot Toys understands it's demographic... Why doesn't multi-billion dollar Disney?
