I think a lot of these new movies have a shelf life. They're pumping out comic book movies like no tomorrow these days and I think because of that, people will have short attention spans.
The '66 will always have an audience because it's been popular for decades, the BvS Batmobile will be probably short lived and redesigned for the next upcoming Batman film. By the time it comes to this being released, I wouldn't be surprised if people end up changing their minds because there will be some other figure they have their eye on.
66 batmobile is iconic and a classic that has remained popular for near 50 years. Not many vehicles in TV and movie history can claim that, especially the tumbler, or BvS batmobile. It just won't. 66 batmobile transcends generations. It is what it is. Regardless of your viewpoint of the 66, you can not dispute that.
ok. i think we all understand your love for the 66. now it can be more appreciated over on at the 66 batmobile thread. here, i think more people want to talk about the BvS batmobile.
So I just realized this Batmobile is even longer than the Tim Burton version. 43 vs 39 inches. And the Tumbler is only 29 inches. I want to buy one, but I couldn't even find a place for the Burton version in my apartment. Anyone else have that dilemma?

Wow, that's a long son of a *****. And what about it's width? It looked quite wide on display at Toy Soul. If it's wider than the Tumbler it's probably gonna be a no-go for me based on where I could potentially display it between my '89 and Tumbler.
Anyone know what kind of lights those are in the corners of the display case, or something similar?
