Excellent job on the hairing Irok.
That looks excellent! Earlier this year, I bought a helmet for Thor so I could make this same mod. I've never carved into a sculpt before so I've been stalling.
I had planned on modding a TDW sculpt to fit the helmet, but now I might use my AoU sculpt instead... I really like the way that looks.
Maybe this weekend I'll finally get the helmet out and do it. I'm sure your pics will come in handy to judge how much to cut away.
I love that haired sculpt, irok84!!!
It looks the business.
Here's a head alteration i just did for a member here so the AOU head would fit into the original Thor helmet, and the mandatory re-positioning of the wings.
So good man!!! Searching the ebays now for components...
Damn that's a lot of heads! Thanks. Let me know if you're looking for an AOU Thor head. I think I have a couple spare.

Thanks mate! I love how your Thor turned out with the helmet. I want to do the same but have the real hair underneath?
Well it's a great idea.
I can say that if you want to have the full head under there it will not work(If you want the helmet to be removeable).
But if you want to give the impression of hair underneath(Flowing out from under the helmet), it will work okay. Just dremel off the hair as per normal for the helmet, then add your hair.
I know how to do it. I just lack the helmet to do so.
Your post made it sound like you were asking if it would work, what with the question mark at the end.
Did you happen to take a WIP pic of the back of Thor's head? Just wondering how far down I'll have to cut on the hair.
Looks amazing! [emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]
