The biggest problem with the last Thor was his frame. He needs to be wider. Like Avengers Thor. If they return to that width we're good.

Yeah no kidding lol. Either it's the exact same figure we saw and they are stalling, or it's an entirely new figure with a new sculpt and that's why it's taking so long.

I just want to see it so I know if I need to keep an eye peeled for discounts on TDW Thor.

Exactly. I'm waiting to see AoU before I decide which to get. And it's taking too long cause if they throw up DW for 40% off again and then HT posts this the next week and its the same figure i'll be pissed.

I sure hope there will be a new sculpt with this because they are dragging out it's announcement. I do hope they give the interchangeable arms this time, so he can be used for scenes from the earlier battles as well as the final battle.

I picked up TDW Thor using a 20% discount code with extra rewards and free shipping. The price came out to $152 after the rewards points. I'm good with that since an AOU version is going to cost at least $220.

I would be happy to have TDW Thor in place of this, because I think it's overall pretty amazing, especially sculpt wise, and the differences won't be important enough to worry about.

TDW Thor and AOU Thor will probably be like AOU Cap vs. CW Cap. Minor differences.

I picked up TDW Thor using a 20% discount code with extra rewards and free shipping. The price came out to $152 after the rewards points. I'm good with that since an AOU version is going to cost at least $220.

I did the same thing. Plus since the head sculpt will be fairly identical, I feel this is the better deal. Unless they throw in some crazy accessory. If not, then atleast we got a cool poncho!!

I hope this Thor is what they have shown. I ordered the TDW Thor at a deep discount. I can live with the gold over silver thing. But if they make a new awesome looking headsculpt......I'm gonna end up biting.
