You say I'm in the minority but what's that based on?

It's based on you owning a single figure - whether it be one ED209, one Comedian, one oily abs Bats - from a release of thousands or tens of thousands for that run. It's always one figure. Just one, that's it. Your one figure is a minority in comparison, a drop in the bucket.

Even if you take your entire collection of rubbers and lump them all into one group (which really makes no sense tbh but that's another issue), you're the minority compared to the vast number released. Not the majority.

Do you have any with rubber issues?

How many people have actually got ones with issue and how many people just heard about them? And how many people have a figure with rubber that has no issues?

My Watchmen Comedian figure had major oil/rubber melting on the back. My boyfriend had a Batman that did, and a Comedian as well (not quite as bad as mine, but still very much there). His were in his climate controlled basement.

I'm very nervous about Gamora. I don't own any HT figures with rubber at this point, and she'll be the first I've had since I got rid of my Comedian.


I would still like to get a regular TDW Thor at some point, as it's still my favorite Thor sculpt. I'll pass on the sleeveless one.

And just in case anyone thinks..nah he ain't got those. Just making stuff up..here's a few quick pics I took. I am rearranging my house so these where stacked in a room anyway. Not all of the ones I have, a few still in boxes in the basement. A couple my daughter has in her room(which I cant/don't go in unless she's here lol). And i lent a few to a local comic shop who wants to see if there's enough local interest to carry them and they didn't have any to display. Anyway...I think in the pic there's most of them.

Nice eye. Must have a bigger screen to see it then me. I'm looking on my phone and I can't even make it out.

But kinda it is. Not in the product but the process. Since this is what I do/did for a living it has played a big part in my life. Outside of family it's been the most influential anyway.

You know, I get why they went seamless on the bare arms. I get why (I disagree), but why they insisted on rubber for the armored arms is beyond me. Those would have looked fine in plastic. Just like John Matrix, the joint would have been hidden with deco and paint apps.

I would like to know which characters people are currently crushing on. Its one of the many factors I take into account when I make a toy purchase.

Just adding my 2 cents, Gamora is the only fig I have with rubber arms. Got her two weeks ago and I'm already looking for a replacement body. Her arms are just too sketchy for me that's already a 0% rubber arm liking for me.

Yeah I'm treating gamora like porcelain, those arms feel as though they'll rip very easy...I just need her standing there with the rest of the team. So I don't care...lol

She's a great looking fig, but it's not very practical. There's a steel frame on the inside of the arm that just wants to rip thru every time you move it. Like I said, sketchy

It should be Thor already. Then Wanda. Then Ultimate Ultron. Then Iron Man Mark 45. Then the Sentries and Iron Legion. Pietro should be the last figure.
