Seems Hot Toys want all their Iron Mans... Iron Men... Iron Mi... to be diecast.

Could the mark 45 be Die cast?

HT start producing diecast iron man was just because they were theartened by the diecast figures announced
by play imaginative and king arts earlier. but now the failure of these 2 companies give HT breathing space, and
they might have a second thought on diecast production.
imo, whether diecast or not, you cant spot the difference from looking at it. just the feeling is better if it is
diecast when you are playing with it.

I really hope the Mark 45 is not diecast. I am getting the MArk 43 exclusive, and the only way I will break my 1 Iron Man rule is if the Mark 45 is much cheaper than the 43.

I remember when people in the Ultron thread were going "no diecast no buy" ad nauseum. They make it sound like they actually gave a damn about the character while putting their blame on the figure for their non-purchase.

My wife bought me my first hot toy, the Batman DX. Now she gets mad when I bring up about ordering another one. I haven't told her the Hulkbuster price or that I'm ordering the MK 45 yet. or that after im done with avengers moving on to justice league also. lol

I blame her for my addiction.

I had the same situation with the 89 Batmobile. I ordered it, and shortly after she got pregnant. I never mentioned it, and it showed up at the house about 1 month before our little boy. That was an interesting conversation. Good luck getting HulkBuster in your house.
