1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS - Avengers: AoU - Iron Man Mark 45

Not good pictures, I'll admit. I like the actual 45's color -- that deep cherry red -- that appears to be correct on the HT at Secret Base. But they may have made the gold to hot.

In hand will determine for me. But I prefer the lines of the 45.

In fairness there are probably only about five or six armours of the forty five that had more screen time than the XLV.

Don't think it's unanimous. There's definitely three or four more popular armours, but I don't think there is one clear favourite. The III is probably still my favourite

I don't like the panty area of the Mark III. Something about it looks unfinished and mediocre compared to the rest of the armor.

There were dressed up photos ages ago of Cap vs Iron Man figures, back around the time Cap and Bucky were announced. Those photos pointed towards an inevitable MMS..

yeah, i've decided to get both.. they're going to be released far enough apart at this point, so, it shouldn't be a big deal.

the only things i'm getting from civil war are going to be war machine and the 46.

i think i'm going to curve my collecting that way.. only picking up the iron man and war machine from each movie and maybe the villains as well. i know that if i'd buy something like captain america, or the winter soldier, i wouldn't be able to stop at just those. plus, money is always a factor.

hopefully we get a diecast mark 6 to go with war machine.

That's pretty much how I'm approaching this hobby. Trying to just keep it to IM and WM. Already have the AoU WM and can't wait for this Mk45 to come in. At this point my only for sure pick-up from CW is the Mk46 as the WM isn't really speaking to me. I would really rather have the diecast Mk1, but I want to wait it out to see if a diecast Mk6 will be announced (hopefully before the Mk1 sells out). That would be the grail combo for me.

45 is my still guy and my last Iron Man! At least he has "lasers"! Okay, no RDJ HS, but I can fix that...

4 is more than enough for me...I only wanted 1 from the start...
