Anyone know if Sideshow has any coupons available for this month? Would love to use a coupon on this amazing figure but not sure where to look..

Edit: Saw there was a "Current discount codes at SSC" thread, I guess SS hasn't released one for this month yet.

2nd Edit: just spoke with SS who informed me that they had only received a small shipment of mark 45's last week and that I would prob have to wait until the last week of July til they get a new shipment anyways.

Could be that rep had bad info. Others have been told that's not the case. And so far everyone that has ordered or converted to full pay has gotten it shipped or shipping..

Can anyone take pictures that shows how to pop off the arm plates that allow me to access the battery compartments? How much pressure should I apply? It feels like I am going to break something.

I have to wait one more day. Don't usually double up, rarely do, but I've got 2 on the way, starting the prep process for the 46. Ordered 2 of those as well so I can have one of each displayed with a Tony Stark headsculpt and one of each without.

My hope is that I can use the hs from the 46 on the 45. I guess there's potential for that not to work but it's worth a shot.

Did i miss something, but my box has an exclusive sideshow sticker, I though it was just a regular released? whats the exclusive?

No problem. I can't wait for this.. No movement on my "item(s) shipping soon" status.. The suspense is killing me lol. Still 2 hours and 40 minutes left until 5pm on the west coast, but I'm not expecting any change today.

Wanted to take a few pics with natural light. My daughter (4 y/o) loves it! After letting her play with it she asked if she could get Cap lol. What have I done??

Few things: Not huge on the blaster effects. Once you get them on his feet, there's no clearance at all. Takes some creative posing. And even then, I didn't really feel comfortable with him on the flight stand. Although that could just be due to me being unfamiliar with how to properly utilize, secure, and pose it. The lasers were eh for me as well.

Otherwise, I love everything else about it. I found that once I was playing with it, posing it, and taking pictures, I didn't even think about the shoulder gap once. And once it did cross my mind, all it took was some futzing to conceal it pretty well. You can push the barrel in pretty far and kind of play with the shoulder joint until it sits how you like. Amazing figure all the way around and I'm super excited to own it. Going to be thoroughly enjoying this as I patiently wait on the Mk46!

Can't wait to see everyone else's pictures once theirs come in!
