If something fell off out of the box, that's a defect, and I'd return it. Let Sideshow deal with Hot Toys. They're a licensed retailer, and likely have something worked out with HT regarding defective product.

I converted my order of the 45 to pay off the remaining. We'll see if it gets charged today or shipped over the next couple of days. I figured I would take a shot since so many here already have theirs in hand.

Lucky you. I have to wait until Monday. But hey.. I can't believe it's finally on its way. Now I'm just hoping there's nothing wrong with it.

Well, I've been waiting for Scarlet Witch (new avengers) AND this, paid in full up front on both, and I haven't even gotten a notice yet on either. East coast USA here, and I saw someone else has already gotten at least one of these figures form Sideshow. I'd just love to know why I get the figures about 6 weeks after sideshow starts shipping them even though I pay up front? Ah well, I guess I'll have them in late August.

And you ordered from sideshow as well? That's pretty lame.

Looks good man. Not every photo has to be some pro level photo booth type stuff. So don't stress it. I'd say like 1 out of 200 of mine are good the rest are just ok (or suck). Lol

I took a couple quick comparison pics tonight as I took figures out to dust...it's the 45 with 3,4,6,7,42,43

Thanks for the comparisons, it's interesting to see how beefed up 45 looks compared to the others, especially 42/43.
Although your 3 looks shocked to be with him in the last picture!

The 45 is, imo, the largest/thickest armor. It's a big suit.

Dang, just picked up the 45 figures from UPS. Outstanding!

The consistency in battle damage between figures is unbelievable. Paint work is exquisite.

It's right there with the Mark 43 1/4 scale for best IM figure by HT.

I thought one didn't make it during shipping. A tiny plastic piece was loose in the box, and I found it belonged on the left foot...luckily nothing was cracked, just must've snapped off in transit.

Pics coming later. Can't believe it's arrived. Finally .

I guess that makes sense though, I assume Tony would have built it as a battle orientated suit.

Do you have a mark V handy? That figure always looked a bit anorexic to me compared to the others. I know the movie version was slim but the figure even more so. I would like to see how much 45 dwarfs it

My regular mk5 is in storage. It's never been a suit I was overly fond of. I am working on a custom (or planning to work on lol) and have a spare body and a few parts somewhere in my shop. I can pull it out and show you. But it's not a figure. No legs or arms here, just the body. (Im gonna try electroplating the silver bits, or something like that, so it's a bit more screen accurate) but I can try and make it to the storage unit if I have time this week and see if I can dig out the full figure.
