If they ever get around to it. They have only done MKIII so far and that went up for PO 2 years ago. Maybe we will see something from the original 7 at SDCC.

Yeah it's more of a hope at this point. I have my MK VI with my Avengers figures at the moment so it's not crucial.

My last flex is next month on the fifth so that's when I'll be getting it.

These pics will last me till then tho :clap

Opened 45 and ultron prime up tonight.. And WOW.. I know everyone went on about how beautiful the 45 is, but words just don't do it justice.. AT ALL. hell, neither do photos.

It really put ultron prime to shame actually.

Now I'm really wanting an ultimate ultron with a paint job as perfect as the 45's.

Does anybody happen to know if that floating ab piece can come off? I have a paint defect on that particular piece and was just wondering if theres a way to get it off, so i can get it replaced.

Update hot toys is shipping me a new headscuplt. This is why I like to buy from them never any issues. Now thier postal carrier ups... That's another story

Emailed BBTS over the status of the 45.

"We haven't received a delivery notification from the manufacturer yet, but if we do we will share that information with all preorder holders immediately upon getting it - though it is more likely this item will just arrive on our docks unannounced. In either case, we will be sure to email all preorder holders once these do arrive at our warehouse. They are scheduled to be here sometime late this month, so an arrival sometime in the next couple of weeks is expected."

More practice for my patience lol.

I can't wait to pose and fiddle with this thing tonight. It's just so incredible looking. That paint job is just unbelievable in person.

The 46 is going to have a difficult time one upping the 45.

Also.. I really love how easy it was to remove the top of the helmet to access the light switch.

I still can't figure out how to easily take off the forearm covers. I just have to pry at them until they eventually pop off.

Yeah it's pretty difficult on mine as well. If I pull from the correct spot at the correct angle it pops right off. But if I'm off a little bit, it won't even budge. Pretty frustrating. But I do love how the head and chest RT are easily accessible.

I felt like I needed to take anger management classes after putting in the batteries. Especially since the instructions tell you to put the batteries in the arms backwards.

I finally got them in and flipped on the switch and nothing. I literally screamed.

Yeah it's like that on most of them. Ultron, this, and whiplash mk2 where the ones that have given me the most grief. Whiplash was the worst for me.

I was just about to ask some advice on that. This has been the most troublesome armor as far as getting the compartment covers off goes. I used my fingernails to open up the gaps a bit just below the elbow, then I stuck the clear plastic piece in and forcefully pried them off with one quick flick. The problem is these have the posts and grooves as opposed to their usual system of posts and holes. Why did they do this?

This aside - it's a GREAT figure! Easily one of the top 5 Hot Toys Iron armors. I love everything else about it, especially the more metallic looking paint. Fantastic!
