I don't have that particular uniform, but on most crye stuff there are a couple velcro straps on the back that tighten up the knee area. Looks awesome and its a great idea to use crye blacks, but I think they're a tad baggy.

My intention was to make a complete set of custom wings on friday at work. I got sidetracked when my girlfriend popped in for lunch though, so i never got anything done except a couple of drum magazines for Falcons guns.

Falcon made me get black widow, and only AOU Cap stopped me from getting stealth Cap i need to add winter soldier to my collection too

Ha I think I did it the same way ...ordered Falcon then Widow and I've also got AOU Cap on order.

Even though it isn't the right costume, it would still be cool to pose him and Bucky fighting eachother. Still trying to resist though.

I just dremelled them off.

There are always cheaper pattern alternatives. You should be able to pick one up cheaply enough.
