After my initial euphoria I'm leaning back toward Avengers 1 Cap again. Nice as this one is, I just prefer the clean lines and less red.

Can't believe they've got figures ready for a movie from the middle of next year. Was Hot Toys purchased by Disney or something?

This is great! We'll actually have figures released around the same time as the movie and not months down the road!

I actually think this is because Hot Toys' has a built a better business relationship with Disney/Marvel over the years. Videos from Marvel's HQ even showed Hot Toys Marvel figures all over the various offices.

Because of that, I think Marvel is now more liberal to give them "advanced designs" like they do with other toy and merchandise manufacturers so they can get a "head start" on their products to coordinate with the movie's release.

People shouldn't plan on selling figures for this just yet... who knows how the final product will be? The Stealth proto looked as good as this too.

I generally only own a couple of variations of each character. I'd rather have this one over the GA cap.

I hope this goes up for PO soon! Can't wait to see the pics from that.

I'd own variations of a character if I like the costume enough. Ala, Iron Man and Cap, though i'm done with Iron Man after the Mark III comes out as well as deciding on which Iron Man suit I decide to use for my Avengers display. Cap also has pretty awesome designs as well and hope to find Rescue Cap someday. If only Thor 1 Loki came out...

I held off on all the Winter Soldier versions so I am thinking I will get this one.

But we all know his Cap 3 suit will probably be better

Exactly why I may pass on some of these guys since we know that Clint and Natasha are gonna be in Civil War.

I started collecting after this had been announced and cancelled, but after I finally saw the pictures, I so wish they had made the Thor 1 version of Loki. Easily my favorite Loki outfit so far.

Exactly why I may pass on some of these guys since we know that Clint and Natasha are gonna be in Civil War.

Has that actually been confirmed yet? I keep seeing people say that they're in Civil War (based on Winter Soldier casting), but I don't recall seeing any announcements about it. The only comment I remember about Widow is that she'll mainly be seen in the Avengers movies.
