I wouldn't. 99% of the time HT will specify an item for 'select markets' in the full specs if there is ever going to be an exclusive. The one exception that comes to mind is the second baby Groot they added to the Groot and Rocket set.

Having an EX really seals the deal for me when it comes to POs. Bummed out that the ANH Vader had no EX.
As for the broken shield suggestion, I like the idea but I'm not in love with it. I'd prefer something more substantial - like a battled damaged sculpt.

Well...judging from what we have seen from the first trailer, Steve Rogers budging Mjolnir, Thor laying on the ground next to Cap's broken shield, maybe there will be a battle-worn, dirtied, torn costume, Asgardian powered Captain America with Mjolnir!
Ultron is hovering in the air over the carnage. Caps shield is broken on the ground, Thor is knocked out, the IM suit damaged fighting Hulk, Hawkeye out of arrows and Widow out of bullets. Only Cap can save the day. He looks down, and Thor's hammer is on the ground. He puts his hand out towards it, it flies to his fist, and he takes off, flying straight through Ultron, destroying it once and for all.

Yeah, $300 is not worth it. It's got about the same amount of items as Golden age Cap and that was $209. I doubt it goes for $300 though. I hope....
