This is my ft first cap as well. I didn't like the first avengers suit but I love the strike suit. I almost pulled the trigger On the strike suit but then I saw the on set photos of Evans in the new movie, this was the one I want.

I ordered this one, even though I have the FA version which I love...

I'm getting this one too. It looks great in all of the promos and has a nice balance of superhero and military gear. I hope they match the on-screen red on the final piece but Hot Toys seems to have something against subdued reds. I really think Howard insists on making all of his red colors bright for some reason.

I had my Mark VI promo about a month after the Avengers came out. These still have to be released in HK and then it will be another month or two before SSC starts shipping. SS just sent out an Email last week saying Whiplash will not be shipping until July.

This is very exciting and all but if this were the case, does that mean payment plans take effect sooner or is this solely for Hong Kong where as we still wait for the original targeted release date?

I would imagine it'd be weird to have it floating around overseas for at least 5 months until it's supposedly released over in North America.

Yeah, I'm still pretty new to Hot Toys collecting so not really well-versed.

Yeah, I'm still pretty new to Hot Toys collecting so not really well-versed.

Payment plans at sideshow are honored and they don't change if the release is sooner, they keep it for your convenience but if you want to move up your last payments they'll let you, just shoot them an email.

As for release dates, Sideshow advertises the North American release and HK usually gets their a month or 2 before NA so if we get Mark 43 in August, expect blogger pics to start surfacing around June/July.

Unfortunately it looks like Captains's chin strap on this release is miss colored as well . It doesn't match the body straps . He also looks like he has the fat suit on . Come on [emoji107]
