I like this Ultron but think I still prefer the Mark I version just because it has such an awesome look to it.

I think the detail on the MK1 outdoes anything they've done so far.

That and it's the only moment where I thought Ultron was pretty cool in the movie.

after seeing the 1/9th version and watching the movie again, the ultimate version looks like prime wearing armor to me now. i'm starting to wish hot toys went with the king arts method and gave us prime with additional ultimate armor.

i don't know which design i like better, ultimate or prime. i love the mark 1, i think it looks super creepy. i think i'm still going to go with prime though. i need a large ultron and i don't think i want to wait for a possible ultimate version, especially considering i'm not sure i even like that iteration the most.
