I really hope Hot Toys puts out a Hoth Luke in the future (pilot or scout outfit) and I'm sure they will put out Jedi Luke from Return of the Jedi. I'd love to have those 2 with this Luke on a rotating display.

You and me both. I know the Sideshow ones aren't bad (I've actually seen a few people arguing they're some of the best SW figures out there), but I'm not 100% pleased with them. However, I DO want that Tauntaun, and I certainly don't want to display it alone.

The ones I'm hoping for are a HT RotJ Luke and a RotS Anakin with an additional sculpt that has red Sith eyes and Obi-Wan.

Must admit, I'd love to see a ROTS obi wan and anakin. I had the sideshow ones and sold them on this year to fund my hot toys addiction!

I opened this figure tonight, and really dig it. I tried out the Stormtrooper belt, but didn't think it looked quite as good as the standard one on him. Love that you have so many display options, though. Shirt could use some water treatment, but for now I'm OK with him as-is. Now I've got him, Obi-Wan, and Bespin Luke all in the same pose

Here is my post from the 31st, glad I wasn't the only one that had a super stuck one....
He comes w/ a separate complete lightsaber hilt/blade together in one piece, that you have to pull apart; the light up hilt is perm. attached to the extra forearm/batt. pack itself.
Thanks! I finally managed to separate the two parts. Thought I was going to snap something! I didn't root through all the earlier posts, so apologies for making you repeat yourself! And while I'm at it, this might have already been mentioned but I'll mention it again anyway. I'm not really complaining because I'm fine with it like this, but technically they got the lightsaber wrong. In ANH, the grips didn't have the divots and screws in them. They did that for ESB.

Looks great on that Sandtrooper base, TonTon. I'll keep an eye out for one. Luke arrives today and then nothing until March (Leia). Man, a break after the last few months is going to be a welcome reprieve!

This HT isn't photogenic IMO. I was planning on maybe getting it a custom repaint yesterday while looking at my phone pics. then when I got home and look at him in person I changed my mind.

Picking this up tomorrow, along with my Stormie Luke and Vader. Gonna be an epic SW unboxing weekend. With C3PO shipping soon, just need Leia and my OT SW collection is just about finished.

Yeah, I know what you guys mean. SW figures seem to be a slippery slope.
As of now, I have ANH Vader and Obi-Wan. I have DX Bespin Luke and C3-PO coming in the next days and then ANH Luke, ANH Leia, Kylo Ren and Rey coming in the near future. I'll probably pick-up ANH Han and Chewy and then I'm pretty much done. I may possibly get a couple of stormies also (Imperial and First Order). If HT releases a TFA Han and perhaps an Episode VIII Luke, I'lll probably pick those up, as well as a RotS Anakin and Obi-Wan and a RotJ Luke.
