Too many mails sent to Sideshow... and none responded. I'm sending emails since Dec 29th... asking for cancel de Flexpay because I want to pay the amount of my order... I'm going to cancel the order directly.

Why not try calling customer service?

I called customer service on two of my flexpay PO's and asked them to charge the remaining balance so I can get the figure earlier than what I initially would have. They did it with no problems.

It's pointless to send multiple e.mails for the same request if they haven't gotten to the first. You're just clogging up the queue. Understandable to me that a small company like Sideshow is going to be a bit behind after the holidays. Someone mentioned that live chat was down during business hours the last few days (which companies will do if their phone queues are slammed). Just give them a call or relax a little. No offense but I don't understand this kind of impatience over an action figure.

"Sending emails since Dec 29th"? It's only the morning of 8th January, and still the 7th in the US. So in a bit over a week - that included a New Year's Day and weekend - you've sent "too many emails"?

Talk about the entitled ADHD generation. Call them up, get it sorted on the spot and stop whining.

Sorry. I'm from Spain and my english is a little bit poor. It's hard to me to explain what I want to say. I couldn't phone them...

There aren't "too many emails". I want to say: I didn't understand the Flexpay and now I want to cancel it and to pay the amount. My impatience is about Flexpay payment. If Sideshow doesn't respond, I should cancel the order before the first payment.

I hope you can understand me now. Thanks...

Ah, I see. I think you will have paid an NRD (non-refundable deposit), so I wouldn't recommend cancelling, if that's the case. If your first Flex is coming up (say the 10th), just let it go through if you're sure you want the figure. When Sideshow catches up on their e.mails, they will just bill you the remainder of the balance owing + shipping and send it out. So having made a payment won't be a problem.

Thanks for your info, sincerely. I have sent three mails. One about Flexpay "rules", one about my mistake (I don't want Flexpay) and the last: I want to pay the remainder of the balance as you say in your message.

I hope they will respond me soon...

20160106_203004.jpg20160106_213142.jpgReally digging this guy! It's like the ultimate Luke Skywalker action figure.20160106_214427.jpg

Have no idea how to post my pix right sorry : (

Thanks! I finally managed to separate the two parts. Thought I was going to snap something! I didn't root through all the earlier posts, so apologies for making you repeat yourself! And while I'm at it, this might have already been mentioned but I'll mention it again anyway. I'm not really complaining because I'm fine with it like this, but technically they got the lightsaber wrong. In ANH, the grips didn't have the divots and screws in them. They did that for ESB.

NP, I thought the same thing about breaking it sev. times. I looked through the thread but didn't see any posts then, so hence my post about it. :D

Precisely what IS said. I presume you've already put down a non-refundable deposit, so I wouldn't cancel if you're certain you want the figure. If you're on a flexpay schedule, just simply explain to SSC that you're on a payment plan but you want to see if it's possible that you can simply have them deduct the remaining balance that you owe and ship you the figure. I'm sure they're not going to say no if someone's essentially offering to give them more money that day.

No need to get exasperated from the result of your own mistake and impatience, and cost yourself your non-refundable deposit and a figure that you obviously want.

Ok, they send me a new email and it's all clear now. They cancel my Flexpay and I'll pay when the figure will be on stock.

It's what I want to explain... Thanks to all and sorry.

Got Luke in today. Looks great. Likeness looks really great in person and the hair, although dark, has a nice golden hue to it. I really love the Jedi training remote and the helmet.
