I just had to view the movie the other day just to watch the cockpit scenes. That cockpit is da bomb. Hahaha.

Hopefully this one.

But I still like the DX07 - it was good value for money with two complete figures and a weather vane (which I never used). Though it became apparent later that he was a little too tall.

While they're two completely different figures, portraying Luke at different points on his journey, I think the Episode IV will be the most iconic / classic look.

It's a tough one for sure. I think I'll be selling my DX07 for ANH Luke and have a little dough left over to put towards Leia, who I think turned out the best as far as likeness goes. I never thought I'd sell my DX07 but I need money for ANH Luke and he'd go better with what is now an almost all ANH SW collection.

I would find it hard getting rid of any figures. I sold a lot of old and outdated DML and BBI soldiers a while back to make room for new figures. I considered getting rid of some of the old Sideshow Star Wars, but couldn't bring myself to do it - not even Yavin Ceremony Luke!

Yeah, this is how I felt. Couldn't justify having two Bespin figures taking up valuable display space when there are so many good figures on the way so I sold off the clean Bespin Luke. The battle damaged one will always look so much different than the rest of the figures so I decided to keep that for now, but maybe that'll go at some point as well, really want a X-Wing or Snowspeeder Luke but not feeling the SS one so far.

Are you giving them to charity? Otherwise you should be able to buy both of those figures and still have some left over after selling DX07. Even if you're not looking for top dollar, you should still get around $500.

Do you have DX07? It's similar enough that you can't really call one any more accurate than the other, so I'm not sure what you mean in terms of perfection. I don't believe in it myself either way.

I prefer this one over any version, farmboy luke as always been my favorite

I think we'll see the 1/4 scale Mark 43 next and then Luke. I just think HT would want to space things out a bit. We may even see the FO troopers before Luke.

FO = "Fat/Obese" Stormies? It's a bit unfair - the TFA stormies are more just thunderthighs really.

Got this guy for around $150 from Sideshow - can't wait. I do wish Stormtrooper disguise Luke had a different sculpt, because I kinda want the Trooper disguise figures. But I also NEED Farmboy Luke. Seems repetitive to get both with the exact same sculpt, though.
