Now that I'm finally getting this thing -- About the dress:

Somewhere in the last 400 pages, I got the impression rinsing the dress improved it?
Some pics it's wrinkled, some it lays flat nicely.

would ironing be a disastrous idea?

I'm not sure what the shipping would be like, but this seems like it would still be a good deal for a new Leia:

At current exchange rate $195 + shipping. I can't imagine shipping being more than $30-40 from Amiami. You can email them and ask what shipping will be before buying single items I think.
