What he looks like and has on his person should be accurate to scene it’s based on, regardless of his stance or lack of.

But that’s fine, just pointing that out.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Vader’s saber can fall under the Star Wars “Somehow” rule:
“Somehow, Darth Vader’s lightsaber returned.”
See? Easy fix.

I consider this pose as well... there's an excellent "please don't kill me" hand for Vader, but its a right hand.

ANH Vader had his chest armor, chest box, belt boxes and buckle all touching (my fav look)... but ESB always had Vader's belt sitting lower, giving him more swagger. It's also one of the more visual differences between ANH and ESB Vaders.

As to the lower belt, I was going for this look:

I think it depends from scene to scene or even referring to movie stills/BTS images where the belt is either sitting higher or lower on his body.

Personally, I think I prefer it when the chest box and belt have less of a gap in between, but that’s the beauty of these figures: we can pose and futz them to our hearts’ content, liking and even our own head-canon.

It’s crazy how masks appear to convey emotion when it’s implied.

I don’t understand why Vader just randomly jumps to the railing and kneels down getting into position for his hand to get cut off.

I took your advice and managed to get the chest box to nearly touch the bottom of the chest armor... also, I pushed the shoulder bells inside the chest armor so those little 'dips' show on his shoulder now under the the cape. Looks tons better. Subtle but effective. Thank you for that. (pics later)

I hope this is what you mean by that, where they’re underneath the chest plate.
