After taking a bunch of pics...to me the figure seems to work best in lighting as an homage to Tim Bradstreet's covers.
The eyes are too light for me...always pictured Frank as having dark brown / black eyes.
The hairline / eye color / jawline for some reason reminds me of Gregg Henry...back around 'Payback'.

Yikes... you did warn me though lol. It's a great sculpt but that paint job leaves a lot to desire. Especially that nonsense around the eyes.
I wonder if this will get a recast... it'll probably have a better paint job if it does.
