I have paid in full merry and pippin before the site crash... now on my order history there's no trace of my preorder. I've mailed asmus but i haven't received any answers. I have send them paypal id and all the data in my possession but still no response... i'm very upset

It must be the Chineses New Year causing the delay,

As far as I know that ALL the online orders are sent before we went to the break.

Don't panic yet. I could never find any trace of my Saruman order on Asmus' site and no shipping notice but he arrived. Not saying the lack of communication is acceptable but I was pretty much in your situation and they did come through.

I am so sorry about this, this is a big update of our site,
we are merging the two sites into one and provide a stronger data base in the future,
once its done for good, it will be a really nice place to grab photos and buy our products.

A few quick pics. I tried to adjust the contrast on the closeup of Merry's vest to show the detail. I am very, very happy with these except for one thing.....I now need to repurchase Sam and Frodo to have them in proper scale. Sideshow's versions are huge in comparison.
