I kinda rather that they didn't.

good for you. in the interim, people will continue to utilize the benefits of MJ, legal or not. states like colorado and washington have intelligent, progressive thinkers that know this fact so they are giving the voters what they want and at the same time, they are injecting millions into their state revenue. least we mention government regulated growth, sales and distribution will squeeze out the murderous mexican drug cartels in america.

i've found that people opposed have a reason to do so. locally, people in law enforcement in florida state are fighting the legalization proposal at every turn because the good ol' boy network is being threatened. they have every uncle and cousin on the payroll and fear that without having to chase down every end user, they'll put themselves out of a job when budget cuts come down the pike. maybe they should concentrate on catching REAL criminals like murderers, rapists and narcotics dealers rather than perpetuate the enforcement of a victimless crime. welcome to the 21st century...climb out of the time machine mr. griffith. you're not in mayberry anymore. although i do believe deputy fife was on coke!!! why else would he constantly have the shakes and talk a mile a minute?

So many words, all servicing a reply to a misread post... :)

not really smart guy. taxation is a main reason to legalize it within the conservative community. the cost will remain the same for consumers, but the revenue will help individual states. this will also guarantee product quality and ELIMINATE the criminal element associated with MJ.

what do you know about the issue other than policing the statements made by someone else? try contributing something worth reading.

Bodie, you know those e-cig things that everyone has now... have you tried the ones that you use a hash oil with? my god, you get so blazed it's amazing.

The results of the pole has way more no votes than I ever would have guessed.

I smoke from time to time.
Never been obsessed with it like my friends and brothers seem to be.

Vap is nice, clean with no smoke.
The only thing I like better is a good edible, again no smoke and a level even smooth feeling that lasts with no paranoia.
I'm rarely if ever paranoid though...

I misread your post and deleted mine. My bad. :dunno

Weed laws just went into affect a few weeks ago.

For recreation, you can grow 2 plants in your house. And can carry paraphilia, as long as you do not smoke it. :yess:

Colorado Rocky Mountain high INDEED.

So you can carry, but not smoke it.
I'm assuming it's not advised to smoke in public?

I give Co. lots of credit for something Ca. should have done along time ago. If and when that happens, Cal generates lots of $'s, so the state stands to make a fair amount. As it is shops are already paying taxes. Prohibition ended because people wanted their alcohol, and as long as the government gets every last dime they feel their entitled to, fine. This to me is no different. Some people may grow their own, most will more than happy to buy.

Me thinks that people who voted on this poll were untruthfully. Over 80 no votes and only 39 yes/sometimes. I wonder what the poll results would be with alcohol substituted for weed. I bet it will be over 80 yes/sometimes and 24 no. Just goes to show that people are more willing to say they drink but not smoke pot because drinking is still more socially acceptable.

Orrrrrrrrrrrrr more people drink than smoke weed. :dunno
