BTW, I don't think it's hurting their sales because there isn't any direct competition from Hot Toys, at least not for the 2 figures EB will release. People who want a 1/4 scale Batman with this particular suit won't buy the HT TDKR one because they're mad at EB's teasing. The Joker doesn't even have a direct counterpart from HT, or at least not yet. So, if you want a 1/4 articulated Heath Ledger Joker you have to buy EB's.

If you buy through EB, you can have this in-hand within a few weeks. I can't comment on their CS, but I know that they're finally helping out people in the Rambo thread. But you'd probably get better CS if you bought through BBTS or SPC, but you might have to wait a few months to get them.
