Well, I answer to myself, and I say that it does'nt use magnets..but rather some kind of pins ,

I feel the unmasked head sculpt looked better than the masked in the prototype. Now I feel it's the other way around on the production figure. I think I'll be displaying him with his mask on.

That is correct. Of all the Spidey villains in the Raimi-verse, this is the least desirable as a figure IMO.
