Most people suggest running a blowdryer over them for a few seconds. Me I usually get a firm grip on the forearm and hand and slowly pull it out while twisting the hand up and down at the same. Hope that mmakes sense. Good luck

Yup, finally got mine in.
Completely forgot how frustrating switching out hands on HT figs can be.
Other than that this figure is ace, except there isn't a lot of motion in her hips cause the body suits so tight, but I've seen some pics of her in fairly extreme stances, so any suggestions on how to "loosen them up", so to speak.

just gently push the figure a little at a time to get her into the stances that you want. little by little. let it sit, push a little more, etc.

The hands on mine were fairly easy to remove unlike Cpt. America's. I almost needed a vice grip for his!!!! :horror

so i got my widow about a week ago, and i must say i'm a bit disappointed.
first is the forehead/hairline, makes her look really fake since the gap is so apparent, you got to loosen up the hair to cover it, not exactly a big complaint but it looked slightly better in hte promo pics..

my widow had a loose wrist peg, making her impossible to pose without her hand falling off, so beware of that.
luckly i'm in hong kong and i can ask for a replacement, for the guys overseas, be sure to check these parts!

Kinda scary **** right?:lol Ive never changed my RB Spidey's hands because Im terrified of breaking those fragile red wrist pegs. :gah:

i literally broke all the pegs of my spiderman figure....i'm not even joking.

i don't understand why hot toys provide so little pegs for each figure and REQUIRE you to swap it out if you want to change hands....

Thanks for the advice, but my issue isn't with removing the hands, the ones on mine actually came off quite easily, its getting them to stay on thats the problem.
I don't think my figure is defective, as i managed to get the gun holding hands in well enough, but the pegs are just so small and fiddly and the costume just so interfering and my stupid fat hands so useless for this sort of thing...:gah:
I really want to have her holding the chitauri staff thing, but i'm terrified of going through the whole process again.

This is my first HT purchase in a while, reminded me that; whilst the figures look great they are collectors items first and action figures second; they just aren't as fun to "play" with as "proper" action figures.

I think if you try to keep the hair as "screen accurate" as possible it hides most of the hairline issue.

I always buy extras on eBay. I can usually find them for under $10 shipped.
