Death troopers are a lot better than Shadowtroopers.

On a very short list of things done better after 1983. Come to think of it, is there anything else on the list?

Krennic does have the coolest officer uniform...maybe in all of sci-fi!

And despite my fond childhood memories even I will admit the final act of Rogue One is easily superior to the battle on Endor.

Two Tubes is cool but I'm not the super fan you and some others are here on the boards. I would rather have an Ackbar figure given the choice.

I don't see Hot Toys going deep on releases linked to the Mandalorian (or the Cassian show). They focus on movies with only the odd exception from TV. If they didn't re-release the regular Rogue One Stormtrooper (which also is getting pretty pricey) with Solo, I don't see them re-releasing the Death Troopers. The the DT stuck around way to long as a shelf warmer than HT would have liked - they were still fairly easy to get just mid last year when I finally picked up a second. I think a lot of that has to do with the release method of three versions whereas one Deluxe would have sold as multiples much more quickly.

I hope HT will re-release Death Troopers. I've got two in crosshair at local retail store, but they are asking too much. It's only backup solution, because DT for Krennic are a must.

How much are they asking?

I don’t really like Rogue One that much, but I think I’m gonna pre order this just to have an imperial officer. Sad I missed out on Tarkin

Looks so cool. I have four Death Troopers but I am considering flipping two of them. It would save space and cover a huge chunk of the cost of my incoming Jabba. Looking at pics like this make it tough to sell.

That’s funny because I also have four but looking to get 2 more another Specialist and Regular DT. I always wanted 6 if they released Krennic to recreate this scene and they did... with the rain gear too! Super happy the did that. Too bad DT prices are so high now

Well Jabba purchase was on credit + gift card while 2 of the DTs were last year’s prices on sale (about $210 each) awesome eBay coupon and the other was a PC sale Kinda doubt I’ll swing a the 6 unless prices go back down.
