1/6 Hot Toys 1/6 Rogue One Orson Krennic

My Lord, Director Krennic has arrived.
Hot Toys have definitely knocked this one out the park in terms of likeness and tailoring. My only nitpick is the choice of hands they are all similar to each other.
Very happy to finally have Krennic on display flanked by the Deathtroopers.

Is it right to say his head sculpt looks amazing but his tailoring looks too "toyish"!!!

Great photos! He looks really good. I am pretty sure I will display him with the regular cape. The poncho is a bit too bulky IMO.

Few more pics... like most figures you can literally spend hours futzing to achieve a definitive pose. It really is an awesome figure to add to my collection.

I think that it being all white may have hand in that, it looks good to me but I can see your point.

Compared to other character's necks, does Krennic's appear to be thinner or the same? I've got a Thrawn sculpt I'm planning to use but worried it might not fit the neck hole on the uniform.

Krennic has arrived. Great figure. Very few complaints (few hand choices being my biggest one) the headsculpt is really good. Skin texture looks fine imo.

Careful with the material on the main shirt. It has the potential to snag. Mine had a tiny one up in the shoulder near where his cape attaches but no biggie.

I?ll have to compare the neck on him to another. I?ll let you know soon

Checked the neck up to my infinity War Doctor Strange. Definitely much smaller neck on Krennic.

So how "slight yellow hue" is the white jacket?

Just watched the Justin's collection review and that kind of stood out to me as a bit strange - I don't recall Krennic's outfit being slightly yellowed in the movie so not sure why HT did that (though it might be unintentional.) Maybe it's just really minor yellowing?

The boots look cool but still have the weird creasing. I may stuff the ankles area with a little padding or cardboard like the Han ones needed (though the pattern is different to those weird Han boots.)

Also never noticed that Krennic's boots are slightly different to OT boots with the little strap and buckle at the top.

Krennic's tunic, cape and raincoat in the film aren't actually a pure white but more an off-white. It's just hard to tell on screen becuase he's never standing near anything pure white which is where you'd see the difference.

Krennic's outfit is a grey cream. The rain poncho is even more creamy.

Yeah I?d say more cream with a tiny tiny hint of yellow. I?ll try and get some day light pics of it in the coming days
