Being displayed as a 2.0, what do people think is different?
USB lighting?

Dude I was so tempted to get 1.0 $1K but now seeing this one hmm tempting to wait for this.
Be nice to pair it with my Hulk

Never got the original release, but is USB that desireable?

We cannot keep it on constantly as the lights are not meant to be....so I just don't get why USB is that desireable?

Wow, I was so certain HT would never tinker with a Hulkbuster 2.0 due to its massive size and cost...yet here we are!

I think the main draw is not having to open all those compartments just to turn on the lights not to mention the batteries barely lasting a few minutes each. It would be nice to just plug it up and flip one switch and all the lights come one. Or, like what Morgan's Workshop does with his modded IM figures - have an internal USB rechargeable battery and then all you have to do is just a press of a button and everything lights up.

Unless 2.0 has increased range of motion I'm fine sitting this one out.

I bought a separate Soapbox lights set for 1.0 and I'm fine with the poseability when there's no Iron-Man inside. I was also able to get it to pose pretty similar to this scene but require both figures to balance off each other.

The only thing that I may be swayed by would be increased range, all the auto transformation gimmicks are just features that most of us would only play it a few times or use it as a party trick but the figure in itself already has a demanding presence that doesn't require that kind of feature imo.

Now an auto transforming MK7 similar to how Tony hopped in at the start of IM3 or hopped out of MK 43 in AOU...........

As easy as they had released a new Mark 42 and they will use it for the future 2.0 Mark 43. The new hulkbuster needs to be bigger to accomodate the Mark 43 2.0

Maybe Hot Toys are only using USB for the display............

The 2.0 is supposed to have the motorized open/close feature, if you remember the movie premiere back then had a Hulkbuster figure displayed that is motorized made from a different company, HT supposedly is doing that with this 2.0 version. People have seen the 2.0 open/close in action at HK toyfair this past week but no one made a video of it...

It is odd that any videos of it being motorized is not uploaded.

I don't see this having better articulation if the LEDs are powered through USB. Besides, posing this one will require at least 2 people, add a motor function and surely you would not want to move this or have a chance of it to fall.

Hope someone uploads a video of the cockpit, might be the reason chest plate can't be changed to battle damage anymore or the accessory was just not there.
